Eugene F. Howard Jr., passed away at the age of 56, on January 9, 2021. Gene was the Husband of Debbie Howard (nee Colubriale). Father of Nicole Miller (Jeff), Gene III, and Kaitlin Howard. Grandfather of Hailey, Mason, and Grayson. Son of Eugene Sr. and the late Mary Howard. Brother of MaryJean Rumsey (Jim), Linda Cain (Andre), and Chris (Gretchen) Howard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing on Friday at 10 AM. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Interment is Private.
