Eugene R. Dugan, 86, November 11, 2023. Husband of Shirely (nee Paulin) Dugan. Father of three children and his special son, Eugene R. Dugan Jr., Dawn Johnston (Robert) and Alex Johnson (Chantel). Son of the late Eugene and Margaret Dugan. Brother of Kathleen Renshaw (Charles). He is also survived by many grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing on Thursday, November 16 at 10 a.m. at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment is in Calvary Cemetery.
