Elva Levins (nee Strohm) age 95 died on December 25, 2016.  She was a resident of Dock Woods in Lansdale, PA and formerly of Roxborough, PA and Parkersburg, WV.  Elva was the wife of the late Paul T. Levins; Sister of Helen Grow and the late Louis Strohm; Mother of Paul T. Levins Jr. (Deborah) of Wyndmoor, PA and Carolyn Flanigan (Fred) of Nags Head, NC; Grandmother of Heidi Ann Williams, Jon-Paul Levins, Jesse Paul Flanigan and Michael Patrick Flanigan.  Also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.  Elva was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Vienna, WV and was an avid volunteer.  In her lifetime she was a Girl Scout Leader and Sunday School and Youth Leader.  She was a past president of Lamba Chi Omega Sorority, volunteered at the Sheltered Workshop, Blannerhasset Island, Red Cross and was an active participant in the Parkersburg Actors Guild.  She was loved by her friends and family and will be missed by them.
