On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, Edwin G. Guie passed away at his home in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania at the age of 82.  Edwin is the son of the late Edwin W. and Dorothy Guie and brother of his late sisters Dorothy and Claire.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Maguire), his three children, Renee, Eddie (Debbie) and Elaine (Jeff), and his 8 grandchildren Brynne, Taylor, Ashley, Jack, Olivia, Jake, Grace and Matthew. Edwin was born and raised in Roxborough and attended Roxborough High School.  He was the owner of Guie's Auto Body for 30 years, was very active in the community, served on the board of the Northern Home for Children for many years, was president of the Roxborough Manayunk Lions Club and founded the Roxborough Manayunk Lioness Club. Edwin will be remembered for his work ethic, great personality, infectious smile, hardy laugh, devotion to his family and his kindness to everyone he met. Relatives and friends are invited to Celebrate Edwin's life and attend his Viewing on Monday, September 20th  at 9:30 am at Saint Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. His Funeral Mass will follow at noon. Interment in West Laurel Hill Cemetery.
