Riggs Jr. Grandfather of Roman Rosica (Jamie), Larry Rosica Jr. (Annamarie), Nicholas Rosica, Joseph Riggs (Samantha), Katie Chong (Franklin), Buddy Riggs (Jackie), and James Riggs. Great Grandfather of Amy, Paige, Nicoletta, Gabriella, Kirstin, Ezra, Benjamin, Lillian, Alex, Sophia, and Willow. Son of the late James and Helen Riggs. Brother of the late Richard Riggs and Helen Batzell. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Saturday, June 10, 2023 beginning at 9:30 AM at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment in Westminster Cemetery.
