Destry Kiker Sr. (DAK), Age 55, passed away October 8 2020 at Temple University Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Destry was born on August 29, 1965 to Robert and Lynda Kiker (Gosson) and raised in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. Destry was married to Deborah Kiker (Perrone), his teenage love.  They had a loving marriage of 35 years and was a devoted father to their two children Tia Kiker ( Sean Byrne) and Destry Kiker, Jr (Marissa Chen). Destry was known as Poppie to his two granddaughters, Alyssa and Bria Kerrigan, who meant the world to him.  Destry will be sadly missed by many brothers and sisters as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.

Destry was an extremely hard worker who took pride in providing for his family.  Destry was the type of man that would literally give you the shirt off of his back. He would help anyone, anywhere, anytime even at his own expense.

Relatives and friends are invited to Call at 10 a.m. on October 13 at the Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m.
