Dennis C. Ecker, June 28, 2020, Age 76. Beloved husband of Carol Ann (nee Cosfol) Ecker. Father of Thomas D. Ecker (Jennifer). Grandfather of Michael and Alexandra Ecker. He is also survived by cousins Constance Doto (Al) and Jerome Dean.

Dennis was a Sergeant in the Philadelphia Police Department for 23 years, retiring in 1988. After he left the force he devoted his time to social work, working with the Philadelphia Seniior Center, the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and the Center in the Park. He was also an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Viewing on Tuesday, July 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Koller Funeral home 6835 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia. A Viewing will also be held at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church, 234 Hermitage Street, Philadelphia, on Wednesday, July 8. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. Interment is in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Please wear a mask if attending services.
