Claire Jane Gallagher (nee Hinkle), January 2, 2016, age 89, of Phila.; Beloved wife of the late John Edward Gallagher Jr.; mother of Lela Ann Pilacik and the late Claire Jane Meglino; grandmother of Amanda Lee Meglino, Stephen, John Pilacik, Catherine S.
