Chase Vincent Blair was born on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 10:31 p.m. Chase spent very little time in the arms of his parents Erika Elwell and Thomas Blair III and older brother Thomas IV (age 2) before he soon left to get his wings and be in the arms of God on September 21, 2023. Chase was only here for a short amount of time but he brought so much peace and happiness to the family & friends surrounding him. Chase will forever be loved and missed by his parents Erika and Tommy, his brother Tommy, his grandparents James and Lauren Elwell, Jennifer Douglas, his great-grandmother Karen Debellis, great-grandfather William Douglas, and his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
