Betty Pastella (nee Rauscher) passed away peacefully from this life the afternoon on  December 5th, 2014 at Harston Hall Nursing Home.  Betty was born in Hungary and came to the US in 1924 at the age of 12.  She resided in the Manayunk area until her health declined in 2002.  Betty celebrated her 102nd birthday on April 25, 2014.   Betty is survived by her children Steve , Bernadette Zawislak (Bob), Harry (Rose), Margie, Monica Howard (Robert), Fay Holder (Morgan), her son-in-law Gregory Mazzochetti, twenty-nine grandchildren, forty great grandchildren and sixteen great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dominick, her daughters Betty Ann, Louise Baiocchi (Anthony), Donna Marie, and Kathleen; her stepdaughters Mary Mazzochetti (Ben) and Philomena Mazzzochetti; daughter-in-law Agnes Pastella; brothers Stephen, Joseph and Walter Rauscher and sisters Anna Scheibenhoffer and Mary Scott. Relatives and friends are invited to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 Cathedral Road, Philadelphia, PA  19128, December 12, 2014, for the Viewing from 9 A.M. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 A.M. in Church.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  KOLLER FUNERAL HOME.  Donations may be made in Betty's name to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Memorial Fund, 819 Cathedral Road, Philadelphia, PA  19128.  Share condolences at www.kollerfuneralhome.com.
