Barbara lived a life full of love and service, leaving a mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Clark, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left us on October 22, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on July 20, 1938, in Philadelphia, PA, Barbara lived a life full of love and service, leaving a mark on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Barbara was a devoted wife to Robert A. Clark. She traveled the world with the only man she ever loved for 70 years, hand-in-hand, creating cherished memories. She was the proud mother of Matthew (Margaret), Jason, and Susan Clark-Martini (Paul), and a loving grandmother to Robert J. Clark (Patricia), Paul M., Danielle, and Rebecca Martini.
Barbara was a woman of many talents and passions. She began her career as a receptionist at her hometown hospital and later served as an administrator at the Springside School for Girls in Chestnut Hill. Her dedication to community and charity was evident through her years of service with Need in Deed and over 20 years of volunteering at the Free Library in Abington. Barbara's commitment to helping others exemplified the depth of her character and her loving spirit.
Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Catherine Slusarsky, and her siblings, Barbara leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family.
Barbara Clark will be deeply missed, but her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who loved her. May she rest in peace.
