Arthur J. Venezia, 95, died peacefully on January 21, 2020. He was born in Norristown, son of the late Morris and Mary (Puche) Venezia. Arthur was a naval veteran of World War II, where he served on the USS Diomedes (ARG-11) in Okinawa, Japan. Prior to retirement, Arthur worked for Goodyear for many years. He is survived by his wife of 71 years and the love of his life Mary (Bono) Venezia, son David (Cheryl) Venezia, daughter Mariel (Michael) Gibbs, three grandchildren, Michael (Jen), Dana, and Matt (Cathy). Five great grandchildren, Michael, Lauren, Sofia, Audrey and Alexander. In keeping with Arthur's wishes, services and interment will be held privately.
