Alberta Garvey , age 95, known to her family and friends as Bert, passed away in peace on December 31, 2015. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Chappy, with whom she shared 49 wonderful years. She was a loving mother to Charles, Michael (Sue), Walter (Andrea), Theresa Hess (Bob), Russell (Sandy), Marie Fondi (Tom), Stephen (Lisa), Dennis (Diane) and the late James, Jon, Martin, Joseph, Donald, and Ralph Garvey. She was also blessed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild. She is grandmother of the late Erin Lee Garvey.  There was nothing she loved more than spending time with her family. She enjoyed many hours making crafts for her family and friends. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever.
