Hess Allen, October 14, 2017, age 67, of Historic RittenhouseTown; precious wife of James; beloved stepmother of Jeff  (Teresa) Allen, Margaret (Raoul) Rodriguez, Catherine (Alex) Adams and Elizabeth (Drew) Magratten; also survived by 8 grandchildren; sister of James Hess, Marianne Hess-Levine and Audrey Reale.  Relatives and friends are invited to St. John the Baptist Church, 146 Rector Street, Phila., PA 19127 for Viewing Monday, October 23, 2017 from 9:30 AM followed by Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosemarie's memory to AAVS.org.
