Michael S. Plummer

Michael S. Plummer, age 26, passed away on August 28, 2019, surrounded by loved ones. Mike brought love, joy, and laughter through his conversations with everyone. Mike graduated from Holy Child Grade School in 2007 and LaSalle College High School in 2011. Mike loved watching and playing sports. During his younger years, he played baseball, football, and basketball. While playing baseball for the Athletic A’s, he was picked to join the 2005 Cooperstown team known as the Roxborough Bandits. It was during this time, Mike was known as “Plum Daddy”. While playing football for the Roxborough Eagles, he earned the nickname “Sparky”. He also played basketball for Holy Family CYO and Kendrick Rec center. Though the hard work and dedication of playing sports, Mike transformed those skills into his everyday work ethic as a Mason. He is survived by his loving parents; Carl and Angel, Sister; Jennifer and Brother; Carl. Visitation will be Friday, September 6, 2019 at 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.,  followed by Memorial service at 11:00 a.m.  at Koller Funeral Home, 6835 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia.
