Jacqueline (“Quilie”) S. Cobb (nee Stavola) of Charlestown, PA, formerly of Newtown Square and born in Hartford, CT, passed on May 18, 2018 at age 66.  Beloved Wife of Thomas P. Cobb; devoted Mother of Jonathan C. (Lynne) Cobb and Jessica P. Cobb; dedicated Grandmother of Anne S., Piper P. and Jonathan C.
