Smith of Roxborough, September 1, 2018 at age 57.  Retired Philadelphia Police Sergeant after 34 years.  Beloved fiancé of Cathy Winterbottom; Father of Andrew and Daniel Smith; also Kenneth (Velika), Thomas, Robert and MaryJane Winterbottom.  Beloved Grandfather of Benjamin Carter McCole.  Son of Deborah Haley and the late William H.
