Today is a very special day for you and I. I know that you knew how much it meant to me to have you there with me that cold winter morning 29 years ago. Well today she’s29 and is the happiest I’ve ever seen gal in a long time. The death of Hector took everything from her and she’s found true love. Thank you mom for all you did for me and my family. You are the epitome of a great mother. I have turned into you more than I could ever have imagined. Millie and I have had a very rockier than normal relationship over the last 3 1/2 years but now she and I are at the best place ever in our relationship.

Mom. You were a special person in my life. You and I shared many things in common. You never thought it a burden to care for your family and you gave unselfishly. I will always remember when you taught me to make rotis on the back of my Dutch pot cover as I didn't have a tawah. You never forgot girl and boy. (Daniel and Abi) I will miss you but I know you are now resting in the everlasting arms of the Lord. Love you mom
