Higgins, Rita (nee McCormick), on November 4, 2017, age 90. Wife of the late Joseph M. Higgins. Mother of Linda, Marty (Peg), Colleen (Randy), Gwen, Joseph (Kim), Lorri (Brian), Regina (Joe), and the late David. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late John and Regina McCormick. Relatives and friends are invited Wednesday to Viewing, 9:30AM, followed by Funeral Mass, 11:00AM, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 819 E.
