Mary Lark (Aldrich) Merman

Mary Lark Merman (nee Aldrich), November 30, 2017, age 76, of Plymouth Meeting; Wife of John J. Merman for 53 years; Mother of Lorena Engle (Jere), J. Andrew Merman, Michael Merman and Stephen Merman (Jana); Grandmother of David and Sarah Slaugenhaupt and Christian Merman; Sister of Stephen Aldrich.  Relatives and friends are invited to St. Philip Neri Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444 for Memorial Mass on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 10:30 A.M.  Mary was a 1963 graduate of Chestnut Hill College and obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1993 at Bryn Mawr College.  She worked for many years for Catholic Social Services at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia beginning as a caseworker and ending as Administrator of Adoption Services. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Church.
